Andy Profit
Andy’s aviation career began as a flight instructor and rose to Chief Flight Instructor at Reno Flying Service before he taught aviation at Truckee Meadows Community College. In 1990 he moved into business aviation as a corporate pilot, later serving as a test pilot for Atlantic Aero on Honda’s aircraft and engine programs, then founded Aircraft Management Services. Today he leads Momentum Flight Training, bringing more than 15,000 flight hours and decades of expertise to every pilot we train.

Don Wright
Don brings a quirky sense of humor and deep technical expertise to Momentum Flight Training. A private pilot and self-proclaimed “happy and proud victim” of a fifty-year love affair with aviation, he is our resident jack of all trades. With more than 20 years supporting a Fortune 500 company—where he led the development, testing, release, and training of its flagship asset tracking and financial systems—his versatility and steady leadership keep our operations running smoothly.
